The staff were very friendly. I felt like they respected me and were willing to accommodate what i needed. There is an option to purchase the vehicle online which I didn’t use but at least had as a reference point. The car that I wanted was not available but a similar one was. Mazda matched the price I was willing to pay without too much haggling. The process did take awhile (almost 4 hours) but at least I was able to walk away with a fully registered vehicle the same day.

Jason was very helpful. I was lied to by pepboys about needing new tires during an oil change. Jason looked up my account and told me the measurements of my tires 2 months ago were no where near what pep boys was telling me they were today and that I would have had to be flooring it everywhere for my tires to have disintegrated as far as pepboys was stating.. To make a long story short. He went above and beyond. I will always trust MAZDA thanks to incredible employees with INTEGRITY like Jason. Thank you for saving me from vultures jason. Thank you.
