Jesus himself couldn’t invite me to live here rent free. Terrible place, terrible management, promised to fix water bill due to their maintenance breaking my toilet and instead did nothing. Also please send me my mails since I moved out my mails went missing, gave this place multiple calls and even send a friend in to check in and still haven’t heard back from them. All of the terrible reviews are true, place is full of ants, maintenance quit after one another, Managers are rude and helpless. Gates has never worked more than 5 business days. Dog feces all around this “luxury” living space. Edit: yes portofino I’ve obviously reached out to usps and update my address before moving out but a couple important mails were delivered and I spoke to your representative about having a friend retrieved it. Upon arrival she said the apartment were occupied, 4 days after I moved out and I have since been trying to get in touch but it doesn’t seems like your rep understand that.

I could write a novel on how bad this place is. Consistent issues from a/c being out for 3 weeks in the middle of the summer to the gate that never works, to rampant creature infestations (roaches, ants, snakes), to mailing out incorrect bills monthly, to never answering the phone, to being a haven for homeless, to limited parking and vehicle break ins, to multiple instances of stolen mail in a gated community, to 50% rent hikes on renewal, to weeks of unresolved maintenance. List really goes on a lot farther, Aline is rude and will lie to your face without even having plausible deniability like when they started using fobs and I told her for the millionth time I don't get email updates and gave her my email again and almost got towed because I almost missed the 5pm deadline to get one and had to wait about an hour with a lobby full of other people who were in the same boat. I moved in when construction was still going on but it was already downhill and now it's just overpriced trouble. Don't live here.

Brand new apartment is INFESTED with ants… so bad they are in my baby’s bassinet and in our bed…. Management won’t do ANYTHING about it…. Horrible

Been here a little over two months. So far so good except for something’s were not up to standard moving in. Overall they responded to maintenance request in 2-3 days and get the issue resolved.
