As told from a former employee, service and treatment of employees as far as DOT hours is not good. Praying that a bad accident doesn't happen.
Upper Management is very likely the cause for undesirable service.
I've been trying to get through to WastePro for 3 days. All their numbers go to voicemail and the voicemail is full. I've also emailed and received no response ...

Most of the time, Yardwaste helpers cannot bend over to pick up debri due to OSHA and Company rules, also in a act of self-preservation, for example, if it was logs or something, sure it would be picked up, if it was from leaves or clippings that fell out of a can, it wouldn't be picked up.
Most likely, you have a contaminant in your bin, check for a orange sticker, and check your bin for Ropes, tubing, plastic bags, hoses, and trash/hazardous waste, also check for clippings or leaves.

Most likely they had a truck out of service or didn't have a driver for it. Check with the truck yard for a broken beyond repair truck or email the CEO

When you call for a special pickup, they cannot provide a date. Its sits on the front of your property until they decide they can make time to pick up.I dragged an 8x10 rug which I wrapped in plastic and tied with twine. Will sit for months .

When does North fort myers on Nalle Road get the big brown trash cans on wheels that you were suppose to provide for everyone 2 to 3 years ago. Even Suncoast residents got all theres. But, no one on Nalle ,Nalle grade or Slater road got any of theres. We all got the recyclable cans was told over 2 years ago we would get the other ones on wheels for our regular trash and we still don't have them
Sure would be nice to get them it sure would make it allot easier to get our trash up to the roads.

I have maintained my trees arriving from Canada and for a month they are as requested by the city of Cape Coral and according to the standards of the contract to waste Pro but they have not moved at 2621 sw 3 ave Cape Coral .

If call Waste Pro, press 0 to speak to an operator. If no one picks up after 5 minutes, try calling later. And I have left messages but have never received a call back. Last time I called at 4pm and they picked up. They were very helpful.
It took me 3 to 4 months for a garbage can. The only way I had it taken care of was emailing the vice president of SW Florida division. We need a new reliable garbage collector.
