Had a great experience today I am a first time patient and all of them Lizette (front desk), Jade (Nurse assistant? Not sure of her title) Kevin (Nurse Practitioner) warm friendly, easy to talk to and concerned about me! Helped me fast, informed me of what is needed on my part and set up all appointments I need!

The worst medical office in Las Vegas. Check in person requested my full Social Security number even though she had my medical card and my drivers license and then it went downhill from there and I refuse to give her my full Social Security number my husbands checking in a different person right next to me she only requested the last four and I told this lady that I was only gonna give her the first for every time we’ve come back for a return office visit there’s been a problem the last time we were here the request that we get all these medical test done which we did we came back today none of these it this information is in the system and the doctor that we saw didn’t even seem to care that the information wasn’t in the system she doubted that I had even received them even though it was noted in the system that the previous doctor had requested them
