Best Doctor ever. He is knowledgeable, takes the time to listen and legitimately cares. I never mind if I have a little bit of a wait because it means he hasn't rushed through someone's appointment and I know he want rush through mine. I'm extremely lucky to have Dr. Tsai as my doctor.

Ridiculously unprofessional. Waited 25 mins to be let in (after appt .time), plus another 38 mins for a doctor to come into the room (left at that point). When asking front lady reason for delay at the beginning, she responded with: "You know, peoples health problems are serious" - which I never assumed they were not. When wife called to follow-up, same lady said if we didn’t like it we can go to any other doctor. Super rude and low level of service.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Tsai. The experience was great! I only wish I had met him sooner. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say and I really felt heard. The office staff were very nice, as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Tsai to anyone who is looking for a new primary care physician.
