New manager is a horror. Officer girls are great and so are the maintenance men. Upkeep of complex is horrendous peeling paint on stair banister uneven concrete sidewalks, parking lot floods, doors on apartments need replacement crevices let in bugs, paper thin walls

Just wanted to share how helpful Ms. Bernice and Ms. Shelby were. I needed an apartment as fast as possible and they tried their best to help me out. I didn't end up renting there because another apartment complex became available sooner but every time I did call to check status Ms. Shelby was always so kind and never once did she sound annoyed with the fact that I kept calling and trust me I kept calling. Amazing staff!
