Wouldn’t recommend. Mold everywhere in my facility. Put in multiple work orders to clean A/C due to mold growing on the vents. A/c is junk, covered with mildew. No follow up … nothing. Due to Florida laws mold is legal for them to not do anything.

Good day, please be aware that this recent review is dated on 06-27-22 , I will say that the management reached out an handle an important medical emergency for me regarding an issue within my unit.. they made sure someone was contacted an showed up an completed the problem.. I physically stood there an watched him fix my A/C due to me dealing with diabetes in heat. So thanks so much be safe and blessed..

Rich was awesome, explained everything and took the time to make sure we understood. He was also so understanding with the virus taking our hours away and got us approved instantly! Edit: new management. Hard to get a hold of. No amenities at this complex, and got locked into a rate during the height of the pandemic. Not entirely their fault since we were desperate. New owners changed how we could pay our rent multiple times with hardly any warning. They recently removed a tree from in front of our unit that provided plenty of shade throughout the year, making it impossible to enjoy our patio. Other units have new mulch and generally look better than ours. Don't waste your time or money when nearby complexes have in unit washers/dryers, microwaves, working kitchen equipment and a maintenance team that actually fixes things, rather than showing up and "fixing" things. AC barely works. Refrigerator also struggles because of how hot it gets. Needless to say since Rich left it's gone down hill.

What HARBOR GROUP MANAGEMENT the Corporation may lack in commitment the manager of this establish makes up. It is an older place and with like other older places, things may break or need replacement. Very Professional Staff: The manager Nugent has gone out of his way to make sure what work orders I've place are closed in a timely manner. I am very appreciative for this man's efforts to make this a better place to live. Recommend: Yes I would recommend BUT not so much because the place itself but because I know while this manager is here, I know I'll be taken care of. It's quiet, thick walls (which make for good neighbors) and everyone pretty much stays to themselves.
