Too much junk for sale. It used to be crafts and interesting. Now it is just food and yard sales and commercial tents selling projects. Just not what it was years ago at all. It's awful now. Too expensive to set up if you are just a person wanting to sell items you make. Other towns have a lot better run festivals. We go to them.

I'm a vendor at the Taylorsville Apple festival. I love the people there! A lot of them have become friends. I enjoy going there every year to see how they have been doing. Like Gina Kay that organizes the event. And Erin her sidekick. They are the sweetest! I like to check on little Mason that has some medical issues ( I get a update every year on how he is doing) he has grown so much since I met him and his family And my twin girls ( I don't remember their names) but I have watched them grow into beautiful young women! I know this post my be off beat a little. Just want everyone to know this event is more than a festival. You can make friendships that last forever!! This festival is amazing So many vendors and food it's crazy. All vendors reasonably priced which was a surprise.
