All you ask for in a Hotel/Extended Stay where everything you would need is literally within walking distance. So many different place to eat with a block or 2. And the Premium Outlet Mall is right across the street. 1 Short Bus ride to The Strip if you don't wish to drive and pay for parking. Convenience Stores/ Gas Stauons on 3 of the 4 corners right where you are practically. Safe environment as well which is always a good thing! 😃

If you're staying here as a hotel please note there is no cleaning for the rooms. I was told at the front desk for hotel guests they did clean the rooms so I didn't ask for extra towels. I put the please clean room sign on our door when we left in the morning. When we returned they had flipped the sign to do not disturb. We got in the room and no one had been there. Bed not made, no additional towels. The second night I did not put the sign on the door thinking that is what I did wrong. When we got back to our room late no one has been there to clean. It was after 10 pm so I couldn't get any towels from the front desk (they only have people at the desk from 8 am - 8 pm, no customer service phone unless absolute emergency). So we had no clean towels to shower. I'm disappointed that this place didn't tell us there was no cleaning so we could know to get extra towels. Why put the please clean room signs in the room? Why charge full hotel prices if it doesn't have all the amenities of a hotel. Also the shower curtain is covered in mold and very thin so it static clings to your body. Super gross. Won't return on our next trip to Vegas. Other than that it was fine. Fridge in room is nice. Bed is firmer than I prefer but comfortable. AC worked which was important.

Gotta say this is a great little place to say. First stayed here 8 years ago, liked it then. Over the weekend had an emergency and stayed there. When I first got there didn't realize I been there before. The front desk agent on night shift was very friendly and attentive. I was checking in with my 4 mo and 2 1/2 yo by my self. We got a nice room on the first floor. Had to extend my stay one more day and the morning crew where equally as helpful. It may not be the prettiest on the outside but I do like how well they clean the rooms. Walking by a room I saw the maid standing on a stool cleaning the top of the refrigerator. I recommend it if your on a budget. Easy access to the strip, definitely would stay again.
