Really nice place. I was expecting a bookshop with lots of interesting rare and or quirky books. A place you could dig around and come out with some awesome stuff. IT WAS NOT THAT. Definitely more of a buttoned-up rare book exhibit. Felt like a very small museum rather than a bookshop. Still very nice to gawk at the editions they had behind glass though!

This is one of the most unique stores you can visit. If you love books it's a must visit. I do not come to Vegas without stopping in to see what they have. There have been things I never would have believed on sale there. The most amazing was a 1st edition Principia by Newton. Wish that had been in my price range

Some beautiful old books, if I were rich I would've bought the place out 😅 The worker was very friendly and helpful even when we told him we weren't going to be buying anything today but still wanted to look at stuff for future reference

We are a rare book company so while we do buy old books, typically they are ones that are unique and hard to find. First editions, signed and inscribed copies typically fall into that category. A good place to start would be www.abe.com where you could check your copy against others that may be similar to help determine its value and then even list it for sale there. If you think your copy is indeed rare, you can submit the information through our Books for Sale form https://www.baumanrarebooks.com/selling-something.aspx
