The site will now allowed me to post without giving them a Star - lets be clear - THEY DESERVED "0" STAR". These people are freaking terrible!!!!!! There are never anyone around to answer questions - if you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they will send you to a voicemail. 142 Garth Rd. went from a horrible management company (Mayerhauser) to a terrible management company. Why am I paying these people for headaches and frustrations?!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars ,I would give 0 stars 1000 times. Teribble Teribble Teribble. When we move to our appartement in June,they ask for 500$ deposit for moving in,now is October they dont want to give money back,we are e mailing them for 4 months ,they are making excuses, but I still dont have my money back.I been calling them as well ,still nothing. They are stealing from people. So unprofessional and teribble people.

Nobody returns calls. And when somebody calls you back they are discourteous. They are inefficient and dishonest in their accounting and they don't care to check when there are discrepancies. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Why are they even allowed to be in business?????

Poorly run company. I was left without heat for days in the middle of February because they couldn't get a plumber to come turn a valve. They don't answer phone calls and when they do its never somebody with the authority to do anything. Look at all the brutal reviews from real people (not the robots giving 5 stars) over the past year. They botched 2 sales applications in a row for my coop unit, their online system can't be navigated by any of their own employees let alone real estate agents. Avoid at all costs.
