Update : Added another star as Dr. Zurada called to explain the miscommunication. Few doctors actually respond to reviews left about them but she did. Original Review: Since it's my first visit to Dr. Zurada, I'll give some leeway. Otherwise I would give 1 star. Dr. Zurada seems nice and knowledgeable but I have to say the staff dropped the ball. Went in for a skin condition and did a biopsy on April 30. I was told it will take about 1 week for the results and then I would be informed of the results I can go in to remove my stitch. On May 9th, I still had not heard anything and decided to call. I was told that the test came out clear and it was just eczema. I then asked when should I come in to remove my stitch and the response was "oh, you were suppose make a appointment to come in and remove that after a week.". But THEY were the ones that told me that I will be called about the results and then come in to remove the stitch. I asked when the results came in and was told May 3, 6 days before I called. So basically had I never called, they would probably not have contacted me.

Been to different Dermatologists...Was praying this would be my last stop. It was! Really Like Dr. Zurada. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She was thorough and took time with me. Found my Dermatologist!
