City of San Jose Parking Authority located right next door to Donnor Lofts is a constant threat. 100 Units in this apt building and 46 total assigned parking spaces available. Staff has no problem parking their cars in the garage to avoid getting ticketed. Yet subjugates the tenants to a strict one parking spot only regiment. Staff is required to watch the many cameras recording tenants within the complex. I always feel like somebody’s watching me. Constant scrutiny and misunderstood actions labeled as deviant by the staff.
