DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The LADY MANAGER, has no respect for the tenants, whatsoever.The male staff is extremely impolite.If asked questions regarding anything, throws out the most horrible attitude.Do believe the truth coming out of all the complaints.They will ensure to charge you for no reason, even for the damages not existing.I don't understand, if you hate people so much, why are you in this job at all? Don't just go for the view.There are several other communities with good view and great management unlike the Centerra management.There is no luxury living here!

Relocated from new york for work and the experience has been amazing. From the amenities, location, walking score, bars, restaurants, and over all friendliness from staff and neighbors. Love the open apartment concept and the view from the 20th flr is jarring !

Amazing place to live , Amenities are world class. Amazing view. Friendly staff . Only issue is that on some days the lift can take a bit long but its a veryminor inconvenience.

We live in a urban environment parking is an additional cost. A single space is $100 and a tandem space is $225.
They would have be aware for it to be spiteful. It certainly is a very eclectic group of residents.
