Do not rent here. They are built to scam its residents. Service is poor. They also tow your car from the space that they charge you every month. If you have a maintenance request, good luck to you. It will take for months to get a service, and if you put emergency request and if they think it is jot an emergency they charge you $150 extra. Only renting personnel are good and professional, rest of them throw to the trash.

Great place, great amenities, nice apartments and neighborhood. The best part is the friendly staff! The pool areas are huge and great for parties. Decent sized balconies too. Highly recommended!

Amazing community with everything you’d expect from a property development company in 2018. And what a great staff! They’re so helpful and always available to ensure the community stays exciting, clean and safe. Nothing but 5 stars from me!

I love living in Palm Valley! The people are super friendly and always helpful. They have tons of extra activities though I usually don't have time for them. Maintenance guys are prompt and very helpful and the grounds are always well maintained. Cons: Just one, no pets in the apartments I live it, however, you can have pets in one of the communities. I'm in Villa Veneto.

Essex also offers below-market rent (“BMR”) programs at select communities. While this is not a rental assistance program, BMR units may be available to residents who qualify based on their annual household income and the number of individuals living in their household. To determine if the community you are interested in offers BMR options, please contact the leasing office for more information.
