If I could give this apartment a zero I would. I am going to keep this short and sweet. No parking space. Old appliances. When you move out they will charge you for random damages that you never caused. Management is rude. Most security guards like Frank, Steve, and the italian guy are great. However, the newer mexican guard acts like a police officer. I do not think the guy understands that he is there to patrol the area with his stupid trolley and make sure no intruders come in not to pester the tenants. Do not let the low price of renting fool you, it is cheap for a reason. When you first come management will be really nice but after you sign the lease they will reveal their true colors. I am telling you this for your own sake do not move here.

Most underrated apartment !! The apartment is well maintained , peaceful, good ambience, swimming pool, gym, volley ball court, tennis court , guarded with security 24/7 and with good and kind hearted supporting staffs in Leasing office. One of the highlights is the Fall colors seen during Dec-Jan. During the shelter at home period, leasing office conducted many activities like Yoga, Zumba classes for the apartment folks free of cost adhering to social distancing rules. Alum Rock Park is situated nearby which is a boon for hikers. Necessary amenities available in the nearby complex. I had a peaceful and wonderful experience living here for close to 2 years. Unfortunate to leave the apartment as I had to move out of the country. Keep up the good work folks Edwin

I would definitely not recommend applying here. My application was denied for reasons that the leasing consultant couldn’t even verify. Definitely going to bring this matter up to Fair Housing. Advice for future applicants, try the apartments across the street the Fairway Glen Apartments. Staff there are definitely more friendly and attentive. I just wish I went with my gut feeling and applied there first. Oh and the reviews there are way better then the ones you maybe reading.

The units are nice as are the grounds. Once you get past those, it's hell to live here. My roomie and I each had 2 vehicles. Mine was always getting chalked after I did not speak respectfully to one of their hired security dweebs. From that day on the female security person had it out for my car and me. It's true, everything changes once they get your $$. Oh and the AT&T also is cable provider. All programming when I lived there (2010-2012) was on Eastern time. So your fave program that was on at 8pm here was already on at 5pm here, ya missed it. So, looks nice, clean and good size rooms but the WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER!
