Sofi at Los Gatos Creek

I went to Sofi at Los Gatos Creek to view an apartment for my family. This process can be stressful for anyone. Amy and Carlina, who work in the office were amazing! They were helpful and friendly and my two little girls loved them. They both welcomed us in to the office, offered us a water and took us on a tour of the complex. The property was lovely and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Sofi at Los Gatos Creek to anyone who is looking for a new place to live.

Terrible service of a girl in the office. We were driving from Los Angeles for 6 hours, we were late due to traffic jams at the appointed time. Many times they apologized for being late, asked to show the apartment during working hours, which was categorically refused. We had to beg to show us the apartment, but again we were refused unconditionally. In other apartment complexes, we were shown apartments without appointment. We wanted to settle in Sofi, but the terrible attitude of the office worker spoiled our impressions.

I have lived here for 3.5 years and will be leaving very soon. My car has been vandalized twice in the carport (window shattered and items stolen, and my gas line was cut in a second incident) and my apartment has been broken into while I was sleeping. Security is nonexistent. Management does not seem to care, nor are they interested in working to make the community safer. There are no cameras on the grounds. The maintenance staff is very friendly and great at their jobs. If you value your safety, you should look elsewhere.

Nice amenities and the ladies who work there are super nice. HOWEVER, the pool is not heated (as they claimed during initial walk through). Tons of homeless people coming in and out of the complex due to the creek being right behind it. THERE IS NO SECURITY.
