5 stars for the Maintenance team, especially Lynn, very friendly and professional. 3.5 stars for the neighborhood 2.5 stars for safety If they can bring back late night onsite security guard that will be nice. Some play music extremely loud in the midnight after 12 am. Complained many times.

The maintenance team responds quickly and gets things fixed in time, had the microwave broken last week they ordered a new one immediately and got them installed as soon as it arrived. Shout out to George and Lynn, two helpful and professional gentlemen in the maintenance team doing an excellent job.

After moving here in July 2021, I’ve enjoyed every day I’ve lived here. Being able to use all the facilities and amenities inside the building was one of the factors why I like living here. The gym is pretty good equipped with dumbbell and other machines. I’ve also used the swimming pool area to chill in the jacuzzi after a long and hectic day. There’s also a billiards table with couches and tables in the room where I’ve spent few of my evenings with my group of friends. The apartment complex also has a good coffee room/club house where you can work from or host parties. The staff is super polite and helpful especially Sean who is always available and takes care of the requests almost immediately. Last but not the least, the safety measures are very good for the building and parking which matters the most. AND there’s Bills Cafe right outside the building.

I’ve lived here 6 months and absolutely love my place! The apartment is safe and secure, which was my top priority when moving. Valerie and Sean in the leasing office are super friendly and helpful! They always respond to my calls and emails so quickly and super receptive to feedback. The apartment also has a great gym with several machines and the other amenities are updated, clean and really cool.

Yes, we do have onsite security. Our security company is OnView security solutions. They offer 3 patrols nightly as well as 24 hour video surveillance with cameras onsite!
Hello! We are in close proximity to Downtown San Jose! We are 5 miles away which is about 12 minute drive to downtown.
Our assigned schools are elementary school: Milliard Elementary Middle school: William Shepard middle school high school: Independence high school (refer to Greatshools.org and school district office).
We have Bill’s café next door. Bill’s café is open for breakfast & lunch daily. Within 2 miles there is a variety of restaurants which offer takeout & delivery.
We have several grocery stores with 2 miles: Safeway, Sprouts supermarket as well as HMART.
