I had a issue with auger motor on my stove , received great advise from I believe Lisa working in the store , I was also looking at new stoves in showroom , she absolutely knew her product. She advised me to a repair Co that works on stoves for repair, came and fixed my stove. Thank You very much for your kindness 😊

I am unable to reach out to this wood stove business. The phone number keeps asking me for my phone number and nobody responded. In addition there is no other way to reach that business, no email or form, nothing!

I have had good luck reaching them, business hours are Tuesday thru Friday 10 am. You should be able to get ahold of someone after 10am today
