No, They have picnic area and gazebo. It's just an average park
The pool is closed due to no lifeguards
No. It has a lot of age damage and the town isn't going to repair it this season. Unknown at this time if it will ever be repaired.

You can bring your dog on a good walk around the park and Tower. It's a real nice place. Check it out. It's Dog Friendly. Just keep a leash near by. Its not a true Dog park.
