My wife and I stayed in this apartment complex for an year. This place has pros and cons. Pros: - The management does a good job communicating with the residents about snow clearance, summer pool, etc. via email. - They clear the snow promptly. -The community is safe (they've got cameras at all entry points). - The water and heat is free in Woodbrook apartments. Cons: --The staff at the leasing office are rude and outright condescending. This is especially true when during their annual inspection of your unit. --The refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen countertop are super old. If you plan on cooking a lot, this apartment complex may not be for you. --The kitchen is tiny (in woodbrook apartments) --If you break the lease, you have to pay $1200 and also the rent for the remaining lease period. ---They're notorious for finding ways to keep your deposit money. Since the apartments are super old, they upgrade them with your deposit money. ---We were always sick when we stayed in this apartment unit. Something about the place that's not right. Glad we moved out.

I have been living in Santini Villas for a year. Prior to Santini exposure I owned houses both as landlord and as resident and in several western countries. I am an engineering professor and a do-it-yourselfer. Based on my vast experience, all I can say is that the descriptive this complex uses for themselves, "Santini Living", is a reflection of owner/management pride. They do everything in their power and more to make the "Santini Living" a unique experience for their residents. They communicate well, their hand-on preventive maintenance is unheard of within peer settings. I consider myself privileged to have an abode with Santini Family.

Hands down the best complex I have ever been in! Lots of privacy, maintenance is very responsive, the units are well cared for, and you can tell that Kevin really cares about his tenants (emailing us before any storm/significant weather). I highly recommend this complex and hope to rent from them for years to come.

BAD Customer Service! We lived there a couple years and had complained that our living room shades were falling from the wall, they supposedly fixed it, was never fixed then still charged us full price when we moved out. The owner, Kevin Santini, speaks to tenants like they are beneath him and basically mocks you when you try to have a conversation with him. They also charged us over $300 for doors that cost $50 because Kevin said we had to pay labor (3 hours each door, for sanding and putting on hardware etc). Kevin went on to tell me he's one of the best carpenters etc. but then got very upset with me when I questioned him about being the best and why it took 3 hours to sand a door if he's the best. Santini company basically robs their tenants and make up reasons to take your entire deposit. I would never ever rent from them! The owner is rude, bad customer service and the maintenance don't know how to fix anything. I give ZERO stars for ALL Santini own properties!
