The install was great, it's 6 months later and I cannot get anyone to call me back. I have some questions. I've sent email and left a message with their answering service. I paid over 3k for this install. Why is it nobody can reach out to me?

I have been waiting for one month for this company to call me back and also have emailed pictures to fix some bubbling in my concrete on my back porch and remove the flakes from the product out of my pool they have yet to call me back, I find this company very unprofessional especially a company that has a lifetime warranty

Missed original service dates, short on qualified help for the project. Several spots not covered properly, unresponsive for requests to complete the job. Will not respond to emails. I feel like they have just forgotten me and moved on. Just a poor experience overall.

I had them redo my pool deck and sunroom flooring with the concrete coating, it turn out beautiful. The crew did a great job, they worked hard to remove the old cool deck and grind down the flooring in the sun room, it wasn't a easy job. The machine they used weighed 900 lbs and it did a great job. The final job was far better that I could asked for. If you are thinking about redoing your pool deck or garage floors or basement flooring I strongly suggest you give this company a call, you will be 100% pleased with the price and work.
