Lived in Pembroke Woods for 2 years and had a great experience! Safe and quiet complex that is well maintained by management. Maintenance issues were always fixed promptly and professionally as well. In addition, there is plenty of parking for both residents and guests. Never had a problem with neighbors or other people in the complex. All in all great place to live if you are looking on the South Shore!

Going Over 2 years strong here at Pembroke Woods. I must say the staff here is awesome. We had a problem with our main door. I called and explained what was going on and JP was there within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Any time there is a question or concern I can get an answer in no time. They invade your privacy of bank statements. Certain neighbors can be loud af after midnight. 3 out of like 10 buildings voted for reserved parking so now people have to pay an extra 50 a month to be able to park near your complex. Extra $100 for each pet you have. Ontop of the already overpriced rent each month. Really not sure what makes pembroke woods qualify as a luxury apartment
