Very lousy maintenance request it takes over 3 weeks to get something like a leak fixed like your toilet three weeks to unclog it they never did unclog out and clean clogged it myself had to buy a auger air conditioning broke it's been two weeks now and they haven't fixed that either the toilet was loose on the base on the floor doesn't replace a beeswax right the seal to the ankle anchor bolts were loose and rusted out he put shims and it raising it off the floor for it wouldn't wobble anymore now it's got a vacuum leak and it leaks on the floor wonderful place to live I wouldn't recommend it

Nice service. I recently move in to the apartment Marcela and Lewis was really nice ,welcoming, smart,friendly and knowledgeable about their job.During my leasing process, they really helped me out. Whenever my approval process has got additional requirements or more paperwork, they were so communicative and quick problem solver. They figured out things to make it work. ..... as coincidence, I was at office during my leasing approval, immediately they started leasing paperwork agreements and signing. After we finished the paperwork, with in 30 min they allowed me to move immediately. Fast service !! I really appreciate it! The apartment is clean with nice Management ,neighborhood and landscaping.. Thank you so much.

So i been here for 1 month and tbh everything was going great until cleaning the bathroom seen there was mold behind the toilet and next to the sink. Working in medical field mold is bad. I reached out to them to get it fix and they did came and all they did was put a liquid and thats it didnt work. I reached out again and marcela was supposed to come that same day with other people before 5:30 waited for them and never showed up. I been trying to clean it my self but its just way to much. I sent messages and everything but no response very.

Horrible service. I was scheduled and told that I would be able to move in on a Friday. I double check to make sure with Luis that’s I can move in on a Friday.When I show up for my appointment and they said that I need to be approved and won't be able to move in. It made no sense because I showed up to there office on Wednesday so I can double check with Luis that I can move in on the 10th. I had to turn around with all my items in a moving truck and pay for the moving truck plus miles and for the movers and I still have figure out what I am supposed to do for the entire weekend because of them now I’m homeless until they call me back on a MONDAY all they can do for use is telling us “ they understand “ and gaved us a temporary parking pass so that We can live in in there parking lot until Monday because of Luis giving us false hope.
