Very disappointed with my recent experience with Insight Imaging in Grass Valley. The results from my most recent MRI report were much less detailed and informative than the two previous reports done at Sierra Nevada Memorial hospital. (I chose Insight this time because they are smaller and I wanted to support their business. I had a good experience with the previous Dr. who worked there, in terms of her willingness to discuss my results. I think the business has changed hands since then.) When I called to see if I could speak to the radiologist, Dr. Wilson about my most recent report, I was basically given a run around, treated rudely by staff, and then finally told she could not answer my questions directly, the questions had to come from my GP. Frustrating and disappointing. Basically, given the lack of detail on my most recent report, I do not feel I can trust the results given from the other MRI's I had done there. I will not return for future MRI's from this business. I will be going back to the hospital. I do not recommend.

Before the Co changed location and Drs it was a great place. Went in for a mammogram and got the results right then in the office. Now they say, “ we will email you results” That never happened. Finally found somewhere on the portal my images and results. You click on images and get photos of your breast. You click on results and get the same thing. Where is the wording for the results!!! I have called and left messages !!! I will seek another place next yr.

First off, I hate writing bad reviews, I truly believe if you have an issue with a business you talk it out. However my issue is I can't even speak to a human here! I have been trying to make an appointment for over 3 weeks. The first 3 times I called I was forced to leave a message (no options to speak to a human). They did call me back- but of course I missed their calls d/t working from home (I'd be on the phone when they called). Which I get is not their fault. Today when I called it didn't give me an option to leave a message but put me on hold to speak to someone, It said I was #2 in line. 25 minutes later I was still #2??? I hung up and called back- still #2 in line. After about 5 minutes it said I was #1 in line- yay, progress! Then I sat at #1 in line for the next 15 minutes . How can I be the only caller and no one is answering??? Over 40 min on hold and still no ones answering (I am writing this while still on hold)- and I am still #1 in line!! I then went to their website to send an email, as they have a "Contact me" section. I typed a brief message of what I needed an appt for and when I hit send got this message "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.". Seriously??? I assumed maybe they are having phone issues- that happens, I understand. But their website too??? Are they not wanting business?

I have been going to Insight Imaging for years and always have pleasant interaction with the staff. However, it has been a very frustrating experience in the last couple of years where I can’t get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment. I left messages or call different times as well. Perhaps they need to hire more staff.
