Tried calling a few times to just talk about opening a few accounts/credit cards and no one picks up! Are they THAT understaffed that they can't even pick up a phone??

Not enough staff on ever also out of the two reps behind counter one girl kept talking and helping people not even in the line which made the wait and process of making a. Simple deposit a 30 minute wait instead of 5 mins with just 3 people ahead of me

10 people in line best they can do is one teller. Of you're wondering how long a wait that is it's 30min. I have to be in here because they still haven't gotten my replacement card to me.
