I would give it 0 star if I could. Order an asp pickup online.30 min later, walked in to pickup my order. I was told I need to wait another 30 min for the order to be ready. I had to cancel it and I took my business somewhere else.

Any time I want to order they Are not delivering, call to place orders and get hung up on. Customer service is severely lacking.

Do not ever order a steak and cheese from there it is 2 pieces of French bread toasted with cheese and maybe 10 pieces of "steak strands" on each side absolutely horrible wouldn't eat it if it was free !

That sucks. They are a lower volume store so I'm not surprised at the inconsistency. I've gone there maybe 6 times in the past year and it's like a machine which is what you expect from a fast food pizza service. I use the app. I get the food and its good. I would call their corporate line. Be nice and respectful because there's probably some 16 year old kid who will get chewed out for something that happened three weeks ago. Express your issues and allow the store to grow.
Order on line, everyone wears a mask inside if u our pick up distance and shields used in store.
Absolute worst service I have ever had from any delivery place I have ever ordered from. They are 3.9 miles away and said I am out of their delivery area after I spent an hour and a half waiting. Didn’t even call to let me know
