That sucks. They are a lower volume store so I'm not surprised at the inconsistency. I've gone there maybe 6 times in the past year and it's like a machine which is what you expect from a fast food pizza service. I use the app. I get the food and its good. I would call their corporate line. Be nice and respectful because there's probably some 16 year old kid who will get chewed out for something that happened three weeks ago. Express your issues and allow the store to grow.
Agree 100%. Order at 5 59 PM and 8 30 was in the phone trying to get a answer from them. The manager Naomi refused to come to the phone to talk to me. The cashier said my order was done waiting for the driver. So they are going to delivery food at my house cooked 3 hours ago 3 hours later. Crazy.
