Jeff Martineau provided the best real estate experience our family has had. We have moved multiple times and built a few new homes before but this experience was by far the best. We had done a lot of research and new Gonyea/Stonegate built very quality homes but with very tight inventory and the builders certainly having the upper hand, we didn’t expect the kind of customer service Jeff provided. We felt like we were his only customer or concern at the time and that he always had our best interest in mind. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable about Stonegate Builders, which is what you need when looking to build your dream home. She made us feel so comfortable and walked us through every step of what to expect. Jodie is very organized and helps you plan ahead, so the process doesn't get overwhelming. She is very helpful and kind, and so willing to answer the many questions we had. I can't say enough good things about Jodie. She is truly and expert at her profession. Thank you for all your help.
