Excellent company! The service man Juan and his coworker were both professional. Very friendly and honest service. They took the time to video the repair and explain what was being done. They are upfront and honest.. Definitely would use again and recommend to family and friends.. AAAA++++

Quick response and great service but didn't clean up all the mess after they were done so I had to go back and clean the bathroom

Technician came in less than an hour. They checked 3 drains for 2 commercial and one residential tenants and let me know an update on what to do maintenance on used the camera could not find any clog.

Questions & Answers

Can Drain cleaner make a clog worse?

Zoom Drain | Oct 2, 2020
Zoom Drain | Oct 2, 2020

Yes. Chemical drain cleaners are less than ideal for a couple reasons. First, they can cause damage to pipes over time due to their caustic nature. Second, they are generally a less efficient solution. Often, instead of fully clearing a clog, they will push a clog deeper into the sewer line where a more damaging and severe clog may form.

Why do my drains gurgle?

Ed Miller | Sep 2, 2022
Zoom Drain | Sep 2, 2022

This is typically a symptom of a clogged sewer line. Gurgling is due to the drainage system “gasping” for air, and it’s a sure sign that the system is at least partially clogged. It’s important to call our team of drain and sewer experts so that we can address the problem before a blockage and system overflow occurs. We’re equipped to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly before it worsens to minimize both your stress and the repair cost.
