We moved in to our new home a little over a week ago with out dog from out of state and only have positive things to say so far. Michelle and the management team were so helpful with any question (and there were a lot) we had from the virtual tours, in person tours, applications, and move in. We had a small issue with our bathroom that was fixed within a few hours the same day, so shout out to their maintenance team! Super dog friendly, neighbors seem nice, amenities are fantastic, and a great location. Update 4/29/22: Freddie and Corey from the maintenance team are awesome. They've always been really quiet, clean, and timely with fixing any issues in our apartment (we've had a few). Appreciate it! Thanks team Cannery!

The maintenance workers are so nice and provided us a professional and considerate service, which made us appreciated. There was something wrong with the fridge. And the guys were very patient to help us check the problems. After the first repair of the fridge, it still didn’t work. The next day, when we reached out to them on Saturday, they immediately came across and checked again. Unfortunately, the fridge wasn’t saved finally. They just immediately went and managed to help us replace a new one. When we came back from outside afternoon, they have installed the new one and we just felt so warm and thankful for them. Anyway, five stars for their good services!!

I moved in almost a year ago and I’ve enjoyed my experience so far. I was first impressed with the apartment unit, it’s spacious, well designed and modern. The apartment complex itself is beautiful, it’s always well maintained and has nice amenities with great views and decor. The neighbors around here are also very respectful and seemingly trustworthy, I haven’t had any issues with noise, animal complaints, messes, theft or vandalism nor have I heard of anyone who has. Michelle K from the leasing office has also been extremely helpful and willing to help with our questions, comments or requests. Despite the big size of this apartment complex, she somehow remembers us and even our apartment number. I really appreciate how nice and accommodating she is, it makes all the difference living in a place where you can trust the leasing agents.

Review for maintenance staff- Power went out in master bedroom. No problems with breaker. Put in a request late in the day and they were able to fit me in- same day (on a Friday). Went over their work hours to get the job done. Very friendly as well. I really appreciate you guys taking the time to help me out!! :)
