With Tamoy Tucker in the front desk, every visit to the hospital makes us feel relaxed and sometimes forget about the illness. He is one of the very few best personalities I have seen to fit this job and more. He deserves a raise or promo or any better customer facing job that needs people to be happy. He literally makes us feel happy in every visit.

We just switched to Kaiser in January, but very hesitant because of their reputation. I couldn't be more impressed by how professional, prompt, and (what I view as most important) kind! I also appreciate that all my doctors and records are on the same website, making it easy for myself and them to navigate my health plan. Being that it's so much cheaper than our previous insurance (Blue Cross and Cigna), I foresee a permanent change.
