I am a longtime resident of the building and am so impressed by Anthony, the concierge. He is wonderful and makes my day every time I see him. All of my neighbors agree and we can’t stop raving about his service, demeanor and positive attitude. He goes above and beyond to make me feel like I am welcomed home—he provides everything from a warm greeting to making sure I have my packages. Once, my AC was not working and Anthony went out of his way to make sure my unit was cool until maintenance could come the next day. He came up to my unit and set up the fan so that I could be more comfortable. Thank you Anthony for your kindness and dedication to the Louis!
