My experience at Camden Grand Parc has been exceptional, and I would highly recommend living here. What makes Camden truly stand out is the impeccable service provided by the friendly front desk members, property staff, and managers working here. I experienced this immediately upon move-in last January when the area was put under heightened security due to the Capitol insurrection. I was unaware that this specific area was affected, but in a call with a property staff member working in this building, I was proactively notified of difficulties that I could incur with moving in at my originally scheduled date, and I was flexibly offered a later move-in date for a smoother experience. The property staff member had no obligation to inform me of such difficulties which Camden Grand Parc wasn’t responsible for causing, and doing so delayed my rental start. In spite of this, the apartment manager put together a new lease so that I could move in later and more safely - demonstrating just how much the team here puts the wellbeing of their residents first. This is only one example of the exceptional customer service that I’ve experienced while living here. Every time I’ve put in a service request, maintenance has arrived within a day to resolve any issue - no matter how complex. When I was discussing a miscommunication issue about utilities pricing expectations with the manager, Jessica Brewster, she was responsive, demonstrated understanding around the issue, and refunded a portion of my utilities bill which was above the originally quoted price. On a day to day level, it’s clear that the most well-qualified front desk staff are selected to work here, as I’ve never been greeted by anything other than warmth and friendliness. The exceptional service, in combination with the incredibly convenient location, reasonable price, and beautifully maintained apartments, make Camden Grand Parc a fantastic place to live.

Just don’t live in any apartments facing the alley. No one disclosed the apartments facing an alley face a public alley with constant construction. The construction has an after hours permit, so it begins every day at 5 AM or earlier. There is also a restaurant in the alley so there are trucks until 11 PM. I have never seen a busier alley, and I’m considering just terminating my lease early due to lack of sleep. The windows are poorly insulated, so there is really no way to block the sound. I sleep with earplugs and a sound machine and still wake up to it every day. Additionally, the garage is $260 a month and breaks down constantly. There was a period of time where no one had access to their car for 6 weeks. When you submit any inquiries , it takes days to get anyone to respond and the phone number doesn’t reach anyone in office for the most part. The general staff - specifically the front desk and Antonio - are amazing and the only part of the apartment I would be sad to leave.

My rental at Camden Grande Parc was exceptional. Great folks, great location, beautiful apartments. I left only because I no longer needed permanent accommodations in DC

Apartment hunting has not been easy. But I can definitely say I loved these apartments! Chloe was amazing and very helpful with answering all of my questions over the phone.
