I am a thirty-five year resident of Modern On M Classic (1000 and 1100) Buildings formerly known as Marina View Tower which were completed in 1963 and 1960 respectively. One is nearly fifty years old and the other is more than fifty years old. Thus they experience some age related issues in spite of modernization efforts/upgrades. Therefore my overall experience during my thirty-five years is a mix bag of exuberance and “not again” moments. I will unambiguously state my exuberant moments outweigh my “not again” moments during the course of thirty-five years as a member of the MOM/MVT community.
