We bought all our dining chairs and bar stools here. They fell apart immediately. I called and they said they would send out screws that were missing. Didn't. Then had someone come. They took our chair to fix it. Then brought it back with a chair that didn't match. I've called, emailed, they keep following up pretending. It's been YEARS of me housing a chair that doesn't match and they keep saying they'll bring it out. We got the chairs in 2018. 2019 issues and they took chair. 2020 pandemic so I let it go a bit. But now?? We got the chairs because they were comfortable. But SO poorly made and completely fall apart. Then empty promises to replace. I now have 5 dining table chairs with a completely unmatched chair (they were fixing rather than replacing so leather would match- so imagine my surprise when I got a chair that wasn't even leather returned).

Fantastic customer service! I was looking for two shelf brackets for a 24 year old club 8 entertainment center and called To see if they had any idea of where to purchase them. Their team was able to find them (a needle in a haystack) and shipped them to me (included two extra) without charge. I was genuinely in shock. I am grateful for their help and service. I bought a bed years ago and my movers had misplaced the bolts. I contacted this store and it was handled swiftly with the best customer service ever. They shipped me the necessary bolts to put my bed back together. Buy some furniture from this store!

Hello, We have implemented rather strict Covid safety practices since the beginning of the pandemic. To my knowledge, we have the strictest policies within the other retail stores around us: - every staff member has to be tested PCR Covid test every 2 weeks or if he/she has travelled outside of the DMV or if exposed to anyone that has shown any symptoms. - every staff member takes their temperature and logs their temperature and if they are feeling good, or not. - we block the store’s entrance to take the temperature of everyone, have them use hand sanitizer + wear a mask. And we have a big sign about those policies + social distancing. - the stores main touched surfaces are cleaned multiple times a day with sanitizer wipes - we will limit the number of clients that enters the showroom. On a 6,000 sq ft showroom on 3 floors, we have never had more than 4 or 5 groups of clients. - We also offer private visits outside of opening hours. Hopefully that has answered your question.
Hello Dee, Our Torup barstool checks most of your boxes : backless, nickel look, chair height of 33" with a very low price of $249.
