It wasn't busy at all when I went and the staff were very helpful, unfortunately they didn't have exactly the paint product I wanted but they found me an equivalent and color matched. It seems to have been spot on ,I can't tell the difference. So the color match service personally would recommend

Went to Lowe's garden section this week and was helped by an employee named Sue. She was very knowledgeable about gardening and she didn't make me or my child feel rushed. As a matter of fact she was very pleasant, funny and engaging. Sue went out of her way to make sure that we got the right product and plant to satisfy our needs! Sue definitely made our experience at Lowe's a pleasant one and we will be returning for our future gardening needs! Thank you Sue!

Today was my first time trying curbside pick up in this store. I purchased garden soil and got Email said my order was ready to pick up. Then I drove to the pick up parking spot, submitted the online registration. Waited about 20 mins, time past but there was no body showing up. I called the store, got contacted with someone but only heard background noises. No one speaks and feels like they picked up the phone then put it aside. Then I walked into the store, 4 stuffs at the front desk with 2 clients. I was asking do I need to come in store to show up the barcode even I chose curbside pick up? The lady said no, they were just busy with some other people. Fine, I went back to my car, 5 mins later this lady got my stuffs outside and just leave the shopping cart back of my car then she walked away directly! I chose curbside because I got lower back pain but I have to put those soil all by myself, also 6 out of 10 bags of the soils were damaged! The soil was leaking out in my car! I have tried so many curbside pick up in different stores. Never had such horrible experience like today! The Home Depot , Target, I never think curbside pick up is like this! Horrible bad customer experience and won’t come again!

This store is a mess. Every time I am trying to buy or pick up something that needs some assistance it literally takes hours of my time :( Previous time people took about an hour to bring me a microwave that I prepaid a day before. And today super-slow people were trying to bring outdoor furniture for 1.5 hours and when I paid for this, it ended up that they brought the wrong table... And then they said that they won't put the furniture on my car's roof rack because...their manager said them not to do... Complete waste of the time - avoid this store if you can. Home Depot nearby is 100 times better!!!

Yes, they are required to take all bulbs for proper hazardous waste disposal. There should be a "miscellaneous" bin to put them in.
Great question!
Yep, customer service cab direct you to where you should deposit the bulbs.
To the curb, but not to the roof.
The answer is no, usually not. They would have to have a company cell/scan to search inventory. There are not enough scanners to go around. If an item isn't marked, write down,or take a picture of it.If cashiers were to be looking up inventory regularly, that would lower efficiency numbers. Management frowns upon that.It makes them look bad on Corporate reports.Managers do not like getting calls from Corporate, or Regional Hdqtrs. when efficiency numbers drop.It doesn't look good, they don't get their gold star for #1 store of the month and they tend to get a bit grumpy. You know what flows down hill. Its all about looking good on the monthlys. Having the shelves stocked and well maintained comes secondary, and of course, good customer service comes last. Its not possible to graph time spent/empl.rate/$misc expense/and did the experience influence the customer to want to come back to spend more money?Or do they shop at Home Depot, now?😱😳🤔🤔🤔
It's best to look online for your specific needs. ** **!!!Please note that if an item is not available at a store near you, they will not ship to the store closest to you!!! ** ** You must pay a crazy high fee for their truck to ship to you. (ex: I needed 2 large Craftsman plastic storage containers w wheels $120. Add Delivery fee of $125.) Wow Not sure if flat fee or Not. ** Absolutely Crazy in this day & Age ** Well, Lowe's used to be my favorite🙃
You have to go to desk and order it if they from the vendor.
Delivery and installation are different, and separate. You'd have to pay for installation in addition to the delivery. Delivery people don't usually do installs.
Yes we have
Yes
You can order for delivery..or pick up for their website
Probably. Large selection. Check the website
If you're close to a Lowe's store, just to go there in person more likely to get a solution
Yes you can make keys here. It's on the right as soon as you enter the store next to check out line
