Delivery and installation are different, and separate. You'd have to pay for installation in addition to the delivery. Delivery people don't usually do installs.

That seems very specific. Your best bet is to just go in and talk to someone in the store if they arent answering the phone. Or go with the big orange hardware store instead - I've always had better interactions with them =)
