This building is trash. They are renovating over mold, water damage, and things that this building should be condemned by. Couldn’t post without any stars. Please save yourselves and live elsewhere. The property management donor care about the residents. When it rains the hallways flood. They have slapped mold/mildew paint over mold. I could go on and on. Screw the Rittenhouse.

Applied for an apartment, they did not accept the PDF of my paystubs, denied my application and did not return my application fee. Very frustrating.

Since I started applying for Rittenhouse up to end there is only one person I can give good point of her that she know her profession very well and have good respect to her customers that is 'Juley'. The other partners also they are cooperative with us when it is necessary. Thanks again for all.
