I want to give a review on the engineering team. Specifically, the Maintance Tech Ben Seals. I saw him in the hallway and asked if he could help me. He had no problem taking time from his busy day to come and help me. He was professional, kind and did everything he could to take care of the issue. He even followed up with me to make sure there were no further issues. I appreciated the time he took.

Wonderful accommodations belie disruptive neighbors, an inconsiderate staff, and incomplete services. A letter from an attorney, three letters to the company president, regular contact with the Area Director, and an in-person confrontation with a fellow tenant that blared music and video games, shouted, hammered, dropped objects, permitted a dog to bark at all hours of almost all days, and permitted marijuana smoke and the smell of canine fecal matter to seep through vents in my apartment did not stop the tenant from creating noise and smoke/smell disturbances, which made it impossible for two years for me to be at ease in my apartment, and to sleep or otherwise rest. Maintenance technicians arrived outside of requested timeframes, and showed up tardily [5 days after request for broken washer/dryer unit]; Concierges were curt and ineffective [frequently uninformed about The Channel’s protocols]; and theft occurred [ordered item was stolen from my front door]. If unmitigated noise disturbances, infrequently functional [alarms in elevator lobbies persist for at least a week on some occasions] tenant elevators, flouted smoking rules, and incomplete services suit you then you might find an acceptable home at The Channel. If they don’t suit you, find accommodations elsewhere.

I'm going on my 3rd year at The Channel. Finally, I am feeling like The Channel is home. I've become friends with other residents and have engaged in Bozzuto sponsored activities in the building. Plus, the location at the Wharf is truly amazing.
