An actual nightmare. Went in store to start up an account and purchase a new phone. I was supposed to be on an installment plan but something was not done correctly when setting up my account. Recieved a bill for the full balance of my phone which was over $800.00. Was told to call the corporate number which I did and was told to go into the store. Went to store called multiple times and finally got the manager who told me that the person who set up my phone did something incorrectly and now it's something I'll just have to deal with. I was given an extension of two months to pay the entire balance of my phone, this was after spending over 6 hours on the phone with customer support, coming into the store, and calling the store multiple times. On the second month of my extension I get a call stating that my service would be disconnected if I did not pay the full balance that day. I paid the entire balance because I cannot be without a phone. Then I received late fees on my next bill. This entire experience has been completely ridiculous and I wish it would have been handled correctly. Go to any other provider or at the very least any other store for your phone service needs. Edit: I did reach out to the responding commenters email as requested and never received a response.

Very poor customer service! Salesperson and Manger are rude.Dont explain your purchases don't tell you none of the under lining charges that you weren't told. Things they claim they gave you when the bill comes what they stated 65.oo bill they prorated it and get a 262.00 bill someone should secretly shop this store and see how they treat the customer no transparency and heavy racial undertones. Everyone there should be inserviced still trying to straighten out my bill !!! 😞😤

Had an issue with my Apple Watch ultra. After calling tech support the first time they weren’t able to sort out the issue and told me to take it into the store. Glad I came to this location the ladies were a great help with getting the issue taken care of. I drive out of my way to this store for a reason. Thanks!!

Delaney at the Lake Mary Blvd AT&T store had GREAT customer service, found my problem quickly and took care of it! So much quicker than waiting on the phone for customer service. Go see Delaney for your phone issues! 😁

When I was in the store a couple of days they were telling customers anything to do with billing has to be completed via phone or online. I hope this helps.
