My husband and I do not Bank here but I now have a personal account here and I hope my husband transfers everything over to this bank! I went without a appointment and a nice lady signed me in. I noticed some of the people were coming in and they had appointments so I thought I’d be waiting forever!!! I only waited for 10-15 minutes. I wanted to get a account with cards for my 13 year old daughter and my 11 year old son so that they can start saving and spent their own money!!. Truiest doesn’t offer this. Phil Oyola greeted me with a smile and walked me all the way through it. It was a very great experience. He showed me how to use the mobile app and now I can transfer money out of my account into each child’s account every week for their allowance. If I have a direct deposit of only $250 a month my account is free otherwise it’s only $12 a month. The kids can only spend what is one their card so there is no penalties. When the relatives give them checks for birthday, Christmas’s ect then we can just take a picture of them and they will Go right into their accounts. There is no minimum about that Me or the kids have to have in there. I can see my account and theirs from my app but they only see their account in theirs so they can manage it.
