Very Low lot rental (about $300) that does not go up yearly. Lot rent including water, sewage, and trash pick up. 55+ community that does background check on all residents (no felony or eviction allowed). Residents owns their mobile homes (there are rental units in south side of this park). that cuts out a lot of bad boys and bad people. a high % of petty crimes are from kids with incomplete families.

The only experience i have is visiting my mom she has been a long time resident of 3901 stewart Ave. She is a mobile home owner there i have been to functions given to by the park they are so much into there residents birthday never pass without being told happy birthday by residents and management. Grocery shopping taken to doctor appointment it's just an all around nice mobile home park.
