No, only water, depending upon how many people live in the house, singe person free, every additional is $15 per person, but power is paid to the park, gas is NV energy
You will have to go there and ask them directly. I don't live there.
The owner only cares about money. He will not fix anything that he has to pay out of pocket fot
Currently it's just renting. I would suggest stopping in to fill out an application and seeing what available because they have another park here in Vegas.
Go to American Campground you'll be much happier!
To move in to Van's Trailer Park you will need roughly $1000.00, and that doesn't guarantee you a trailer. Personaly unless Van's is where you need to be I would keep searching. I strongly recommend that if you are going to move in that you do a complete walk through before any money exchanges hands.
550 for a one bedroom and 580 for a 2 bd
I pay $ 580 a month for 2 small bdrms, plus electric. Also they are remodeling all of the trailers.
