Im looking for a rental, ive called a few places bt no luck withing my budget range. Ive came across this one. Can anyone help me out, hows the area, is it safe. I mind my own buisness n have a family. Thank you.

We have been living here for over a year and we love it. It's quiet. We haven't had any problems at all. Maintenance takes care of whatever issues we have. Office staff is amazing. The rent is affordable and our home is really nice! My kids like it here as well. We won't be moving anytime soon.

Hardly any street lighting at night. They run it like a Concentration Camp. It's nearly impossible to get decent maintenance done. The price may be right but the living situation ain't worth it
