Beckie with Family Promise is absolutely amazing and awesome. She has kept her word and came through when she said she would. I will recommend her and this program to anyone in need. My family is still repping the benefits of the program. We are so thankful for them. They assisted me by paying my rent one month and then Called Me and asked if they can do it again. So helpful! Thanks again for everything.

First of all your program would work if the staff there actually cared and didn't say one thing and do another and then on top of that when Help Of Southern Nevada contacted you to ask if my last day was coming up in the program for whatever reason and I don't know who they spoke with but they told them something that made Help Of Southern Nevada not want to help me now and said I lied in my information I gave them and that isn't true at all so one of your employees told some lie about me and my family for whatever reason is beyond me your supposed to be helping people not lieing about them so nobody else will help them what's wrong with you guys you should be ashamed of yourselves

They helped me with absolutely nothing. Im homeless with my kids sleeping in my van. Everytime i call theres no help available. Its full, yet every time i thirteen stood they're helping someone else that asked for help after me.

If you have articles of clothing and shoes and stuff like that and if you haven't donated them yet I'll take them I have a 4-year-old who's going on five and we need them I only have one child I can meet you wherever you want

They take people from the Las Vegas area..although there are Family Promises in other states and cities besides Las Vegas, maybe there is one near you in West Virginia. But they wont accept you from West Virginia so you can live in Las Vegas where this one is.
Did you talk to the social workers at the hospital? If you are at sunrise they have the Ronald McDonald room and you can stay overnight at the hospital. They also have a house free of charge if you have a family at the hospital. Be sure to tell them you guys are out of state to receive service

Unfortunately it's not actually a homeless shelter. They only help with services.

Family Promise is the only shelter in the area geared to keep the family unit together. So yes they accept families, mother father and child or children.
If accepted to stay you can obtain birth certificates while in the program.
You would have to call to find out.
They DO accept a man and woman and any children they have without them being married.
