I highly recommend this company for any repairs you need to your computer! My laptop completely crashed and BRIAN went above and beyond in repairing it, and even found a way to restore much of my data and my photos! He was clear and …Thank you, JoAnna. We are very happy we were able to help get you back up and running and recover your data.

Terrible service. No follow up. Had my laptop for 4 weeks for a simple repair. Always the vendors fault. Every time I call get "we meant to call you".We apologize for your frustration and any inconvenience you may have had. Unfortunately your situation was beyond our control, because we have no control over shipping and new parts for your laptop are not available anywhere except for in China. Once international shipping hits the US ports it is handed of o the US postal service and we are unable to see any further tracking. Again we apologize for your frustration. We here at Computer Citi always strive to give the customer the highest quality service possible.

Questions & Answers

I bought a new motherboard for my computer. I have an m.2 ssd with the OS, and a 2tb ssd with storage. The bios can't seem to recognize either the m.2 ssd or the 2tb ssd, they are probably connected. Should I replace the mb is it repairable?

As you stated, the MB is new. If you have the instructions for your MB, please read the section on installing storage devices. Some MB manufacturers need you to move jumpers before devices will be seen or allow you to access them. If this does not seem to fix your issue I would highly recommend contacting the manufacturer of your MB and explaining your issue. It could be that your MB might need a update. Now, if these suggestions do not render the results that you want, then yes perhaps you may need to replace your MB. You may also try taking your hardware to Computer Citi and ask them in person, as they might have another way in which to solve your issue. I sincerely hope that this helps you. Good luck.
