Where to start, they don't tell you when you rent a unit that they have rats. Yes you read it right RATS, one or more got into my unit and destroyed my dogs food container (that had no food in it). Because i moved out, insurance won't help (the insurance i paid through them). They raised our rent almost 100.00 because of demand on units, really I feel that's just wrong. Yes I understand when you sign up that if you don't move out before the next month you will be charged, however we moved out on the 2nd and will still have to pay for the full month and they will still rent out the unit for that same month. That's called double dipping, just shows how MONEY HUNGRY this company is. Will NEVER do business with them again, wrong how they run their business.

I had such a great experience with this company! Ariel & Chey were so nice they helped me through the E-rental process over the phone. I got there and they helped me find my unit. If I could give them 20 stars I would!
