Brought my son and his 4 friends to celebrate his birthday. I tried to call beforehand to ask about the food policy but received only an automated machine, with no option to talk to anyone. When we arrived we were told we couldn’t bring our pizza and cake inside, so after paying 50 bucks for the kids to jump we all ate outside in the parking lot. In the POURING rain. With all 5 kids. While the manager Jessica watched us from inside the window with the empty tables behind her. We are headed home now with our waterlogged cake. We’ve been regulars here but you can bet we won’t be back.

We had a great party! The setup was easy, and our dedicated host was a big help! I was worried that an hour and fifteen minutes of bounce time wouldn't be enough but it was perfect for my 4 year old and our guests. I would absolutely have another party here!

**This review was for the Puyallup location, my mistake. Idk how to delete it** FYI - They are not following Covid protocols anymore. A little girl came in with her family and was coughing and wheezing loudly to where she was having fits of coughing that her family was trying to control but obviously couldn’t. I expressed my concern to the employee(who was also concerned) and manager, but manager asked me what to do and basically told me that she couldn’t ask them to leave because they rented the space. Now me and my two kids have been sick over a week (missing school and work) with the same cough the little girl had. Thank God it’s not Covid, we had to get Covid tested because we’re so sick. I feel like our health isn’t a priority because we didn’t rent out a birthday party space and that’s not fair to the kids.

Great place!! All bouncers are super fun for the kids. Also private parties are very enjoyable since you have your own area with 4 bouncers, an air hockey table and an air ball guns. After that you go to another room to open presents and eat some snacks .
