We requested a weekday tour since we were visiting from out of state and wanted a few experiences to give us more local history and flavor. Three ladies obliged us with an excellent tour. All three were eager to share their knowledge of and passion for the history of this unique house. We only had a little more than an hour to spend, but we could have easily spent twice that, as all three ladies were happy to answer questions and share stories and there were yard games to entertain the kids. Just a note, allow plenty of lead time to schedule a tour if you're not able to visit on the weekend (their normal hours of operation), since this is a volunteer-run facility and the old-fashioned answering machine and email account don't get checked daily.

What a wonderful house to be in I mean wow the details in everything,just amazing to see even my daughter was just in awe of this place, there's so much to look at you have to take a bunch of pictures and then go back home and zoom in on everything, yes it's that detailed I still miss little things here and there when I go through them for a second or third time just to get a better look at the design on the house. You have to see this place twice to see it all. Merry Christmas Everyone. Thanks again for everything.

Contact the Neely Mansion Association for a Photo Contract... The hourly Rental is $160 and for Holiday Spirit it costs $60 per hour (2 Hour min) Otherwise the Property is a National Historical Landmark. I do not see why you couldn't take Proffesional Photography, especially if it were in "period" dress as the Home was built in 1896 with many indentured Phillipeano, Japanese, and other Cultures of Asian Ancestry whom worked in the area throughout different time periods
You may need to schedule a time to get a tour inside, it doesn't look like it's been open to the public for some time. I use to go by there every day after work, never any cars parked there.
